Hydro Testo360X Protein is essential in building up muscle mass. Muscles are made from the building block of protein. If you don't eat enough, you will have a hard time getting more muscle mass. You should try to eat lean proteins at least 4 times, but preferably five times each day. Two of your meals and two of your snacks should contain lean proteins, with an extra serving of it in a third meal when possible.
